My reasoning is: basically, right now a lot of people are bringing in personal matters(pvp, breaking enchants because ignorant etc) into #reports and it makes for harder cases to fix. Instead, I think you could implement a system where a ticket bot is the middleman. It would work as follows: you go to report channel, write a command ;help (for example) and add <your reason>. The bot will create a new channel in which all of the staff and the person requiring assistance will be, which can be closed when finished by either the person that opened it or staff with high enough rank. I think this could streamline the process of getting problems from the player to staff and the process of helping said player.
